  • Pick-up and Drop-off Procedures:

    In the morning, children are to be dropped off at the back gate near the camp room located on Alco Drive. The gate will open at 7:30 a.m. Please do not arrive prior to 7:30am. At approximately 9:00 a.m., the gate will be locked and will not open again until 4:00 p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is done for the safety of the children. If you are dropping your child off after 9 am, you may drop them off by walking through the gym and into the camp building. During non pick-up times, parents will enter through the front entrance of the club and go to the areas designated on your child’s schedule. Please have your child picked up by 6:00pm. On field trip days, please arrive NO LATER THAN 8:30am, or your child will miss the bus.

    Sign-in and Sign-out Procedures:

    It is extremely important that you sign your child in and out with each visit. This helps us to keep track of our attendance and most importantly, the safety and security of your child. The sign-in/sign-out sheet will be located in your counselor’s binder. They will be expected to make sure all parents are signing their child in, leaving an emergency contact, and make the staff aware if someone else other than yourself will be picking your child up at the end of the day. Upon signing in, please place the appropriate colored wristband on your child. Upon signing out your must show your security card. This helps to ensure your child’s safety and security.

    Security Cards:

    In order for you or anyone else to pick up your child, they must show a counselor your child’s security card. The Security Card is a business card from Foxy’s with your child’s name and age group on it. Showing the Security Card helps counselors easily and quickly identify the people authorized to pick up your child. Security Cards will be issued at the Parent Orientation. For example, if an aunt or grandfather picks up your child occasionally, give them a Security Card, and we will release your child to them as soon as they show us your child’s Security Card.

    Appropriate Uniforms:

    Children must wear their issued Foxy’s camp T-shirt everyday. We will have many other members using the club during the summer. By wearing the appropriate uniform, it will help us locate your child at all times. Also, keep in mind that your child will be active all day long. It is important that your child wears shorts he/she will be comfortable in. You are also required to bring a bathing suit, towel, and water bottle with your child each day. Most importantly, tennis shoes are the only shoes allowed to be worn during camp. Opentoed sandals, flip-flops, boots, Crocs, and Heelys are prohibited!

    Personal Belongings:

    We ask that you leave all toys and personal belongings at home. This includes ALL electronics. We can assure you that your child will have more than enough to play with here at camp. We ask this, to maintain all fairness to our campers. We also would not want your child’s belongings to be lost, broken, or stolen. Also, LABEL all of your child’s belongings. This includes: camp shirt, shorts, bag, water bottle, towel, etc. Foxy’s staff is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. It is your child’s responsibility to store their belongings away in their bag properly.

    Reprimand Policy:

    Foxy’s will enforce its reprimand policy whenever deemed necessary. Foxy’s reserves all rights to remove any participant from camp for improper and unruly behavior at any time. Please review the enclosed reprimand policy, sign it, and return it to the Camp Director.

    Field Trips:

    All field trips will be included in your child’s tuition. A calendar of scheduled trips will be given to you at the time you pick up your child’s camp T-shirt, bag, and water bottle. It is important that you have your child at camp NO LATER THAN 8:30am on field trip days. You may not bring your child to the field trip site.

    Swimming Lessons:

    It is recommended that your child take swim lessons if he/she does not have at least beginner swimming skills. Swimming lessons are available at Foxy’s for an additional fee. Swim registration forms can be picked up in the gym or at Foxy’s.

    Lunch and Snacks:

    Campers must bring a lunch from home Monday-Thursday. Unfortunately, there is no refrigerator or microwave available, so please make sure to send something that doesn’t need to be cooled or heated. We will provide a morning snack only. If your child will be here after 3:30pm, we recommend that you pack them an afternoon snack. On Fridays, we will be providing a pizza lunch for the campers. Campers will not have access to their lunch boxes until lunch and afternoon snack. If you want them to have water throughout the day be sure to give them a water bottle with their name on it that they can keep in their bag.

    Registering for Sessions:

    Please make note that in order to hold a weekly space for your child, sessions must be paid at Foxy's, by phone or on-line no later than 2:00pm on the Friday before the session is to begin. A late fee of $15.00 per child will be charged to late registrants.

    Each time you make a payment please only circle the dates in which you will be paying for. Space may be limited so we must fill them on a first-come-first-serve basis as they are paid for. Each time you make a new payment, you need to fill out a new half sheet registration form to coincide with that payment. Registration sheets can be picked up in the camp room or at Foxy's. Please note that payments may not be made in the Camp room.

    Unused or Lost Days:

    Registration fees are non-refundable. Days that are missed due to illness, vacation, etc, will not be refunded or carried over to a new session week. However, if your child misses camp and has a doctor’s note, a credit will be given for those missed days. If you would like to cancel a session that has already been paid, you must request a refund in writing to Foxy’s 5 business days before the session is to begin. At that time, a refund check will be issued within 2 weeks after the request for refund is made.

    Note: To register for camp, you must agree with all policies and procedures.
